We know that when you're going through such a big career transition, there can be so many things on your mind - from "how will I manage daycare, how will daycare transition go, how will I manage sick days, where will I pump, what have I missed out on while being on Mat leave to "how much will things have changed when I am back?". Then once you're back, questions arise, such as "how do I manage my manager's expectations, how do I say 'no' more often or how do I ask for more or less days of work?"
