What happens if I can't make a live session?

We highly recommen you attend all live sessions to get the most out of the course. They’re where you’ll dive into the tools, ask questions, and get real-time feedback. It’s the quickest way to apply your skills and see results. But if you can’t make a session, we will be able to share with you the replay afterwards and you can also access all our AI learning resources on our AI learning platform.

What support does the course offer to help my learning?

You’ll have access to live sessions, our on-demand online learning platform where you will find learning guides and how-to tutorials. You will also join our dedicated Slack community group for ongoing support. In addition, we provide open-office hours sessions where you can get help to build and ask any questions. We will also team you up with a learning buddy - a great way to share knowledge and feel supported. We’re here to answer your questions, help tackle roadblocks, and guide you step by step.

How long do I have acccess to all the learning materials?

You’ll have access to all course materials, including session recordings, toolkits, guides and resources for 90 days after the programme ends. This gives you plenty of time to revisit content and at your own pace long after the course is completed.

We have our open-office hours for you to call into whether any special how-to requests or questions. We can use these sessions to address your 1:1 needs and invite any special experts in to support as well. We also offer in the Wellspirit Membership ongoing AI support and special topics such as AEO/GEO, legal support, new tool demos etc.

Currently we are still in our launch phase and we are building with the help of our members to ensure our network delivers what Kiwi Marketing Mums really need. Therefore our Membership is currently free for life for the first 100 members to sign-up.

How do I stop being a member of  this Network?

Accepted Answer

FREE membership (That's ALL memberships currently). If you wish to cancel your account and leave your membership as an early adopter, you just need to notify us at hello@wellspirit.com.(hello@wellspirit.com) Please give us 3 working days to cancel your membership.

Monthly memberships: You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime from our web platform. To do so, please email us at hellp@wellspirit.com (hellp@wellspirit.com)and we will cancel your membership within 3 working days.

We also offer the option to 'pause' your membership for up to 3 months in a calendar year, which will retain your current membership price. Please contact us and we'll happily assist

Annual memberships: If you choose to pay annually, you agree to a 12-month minimum commitment in advance. At the end of this billing cycle your membership will automatically renew for the same period of time, unless cancelled. If you wish to cancel, simply email hello@wellspirit.com. You will still be able to access the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

How do I become a Marketing Mums by Wellspirit Partner (Coach/Counsellor/Therapist etc?

Your personal wellbeing and career development is a priority. We will help you ask your organisation for professional development and wellbeing budget. Please email hello@wellspirit.com.  If that doesn't work and you are not in a position to invest in your sessions, then please contact us and we will work with you to find funding and support options.
